Role Description The Architect will work on-site in Mumbai in a full time capacity, contributing to the design and execution of architectural projects from concept through completion. Daily responsibilities include developing architectural concepts, preparing drawings and 3D models, coordinating design details, and supporting documentation for approvals.



The role involves collaborating with internal teams and external consultants, integrating structural and MEP inputs, and ensuring compliance with local regulations and codes. The Architect will participate in client meetings, assist in project planning, and monitor design quality throughout the project lifecycle. The position requires consistent presence at the office and project sites to support coordination, reviews, and issue resolution.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, including concept development, space planning, and detailing.
Candidates should possess skills in Project Management, such as planning tasks, tracking progress, coordinating stakeholders, and meeting deadlines.
