- Handling software requests/tickets and driving them to completionn
- At least 7+ years of engineering experience n
- Strong object-oriented programming, functional programming, and system design skillsn
- Significant experience with Java (Spring Boot preferred), React JS , Next JS. n
- Strong knowledge of server-side rendering (SSR), static site generation (SSG), and API-driven development n
- Significant experience designing and building scalable RESTful APIs and microservices n
- Strong experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript , and modern UI frameworksn
- Experience integrating frontend applications with backend APIs and third-party servicesn
- Strong understanding of web performance optimization, accessibility, and responsive design n
- Experience building applications from concept/design → architecture → development → production deployment n
- Strong understanding of design patterns and architectural approaches such as MVC, MVVM, layered architecture, microservices, and event-driven architecture n




- Experience with authentication/authorization (OAuth, JWT, SSO)n
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)n
- Robust understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices n
- Strong knowledge of database technologies (SQL/NoSQL – PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.)n
- Experience writing asynchronous, multi-threaded, and scalable backend services n
- Track record in debugging and optimizing performance (frontend & backend)n
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools (Git)n
- Strong communication skills, with passion for quality and attention to detail n
- Experience working across teams and driving alignment across multiple stakeholdersn

n Domain / Added Advantage:
n Experience working with US Insurance domain (Group Benefits, Billing, Claims, Enrollment, etc.)
n Familiarity with platforms or business processes related to MetLife, Sun Life or similar insurers will be
