Rathi Associates is looking for Accountant

Rathi Associates is a well-known firm in the field of Architecture and Interior design. Started in 1976, it has to its credit successful execution of several major projects across many important cities in India including Bangalore. It is supported by a robust experienced team and undertakes projects both in the field of Architecture as well as Interior design in various segments including Residential, Commercial, and Corporate and Real estate development.

We are seeking a mid-level qualified who can independently handle core accounting functions, ensure compliance, and support timely financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Preparation of P&L;, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements

Monthly closing, reconciliations, and MIS reporting

Handling general ledger, accruals, and provisions

Bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations

Managing payables & receivables

Processing payroll and related reconciliations

Handling GST, TDS, PT,



and Income Tax filings

Maintaining accounts in Tally

Invoice preparation and verification of bills

Coordination with auditors and ensuring timely audit closure

Skills Required

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and compliance

Good working knowledge of Excel and Tally

Attention to detail and accuracy

Good communication and coordination skills

Qualification

B.Com / M.Com

Experience

4–6 years of relevant experience in accounting

Experience in a consultancy / design / service-based firm is an advantage
