We are looking for a skilled and Front Office Receptionist to manage reception activities, student coordination, and daily administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist students, visitors, and clients.
Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries professionally.
Coordinate with students regarding classes, schedules, and attendance.
Maintain student records and office documentation.
Manage daily front-office and administrative activities.
Prepare reports and maintain data using MS Excel and Google Sheets.
Manage emails and appointments using MS Outlook.
Coordinate with internal teams and management.

Required Skills

Positive knowledge of MS Outlook, Excel, and Google Sheets.

Qualification & Experience
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline preferred.
6 months to 1 year of experience in front office, reception, administration, student coordination, or a related role.
Freshers with excellent communication and computer skills may also be considered.
