Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents.
Handle inbound inquiries related to study abroad programs.
Explain available courses, universities, destinations, scholarships, and admission procedures.
Follow up with leads generated through digital marketing campaigns, social media, website inquiries, and events.
Schedule appointments for education counselors.
Maintain accurate records of calls, student interactions, and follow-ups in CRM software.
Coordinate with counselors and admissions staff to ensure smooth lead handover.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
