Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end implementation and deployment of the K-12 Secure platform across schools.
Plan implementation timelines, milestones, configurations, and deliverables.
Coordinate with school POCs, internal teams, technology partners, and vendors.
Monitor platform performance, uptime, hosting, cloud infrastructure, and databases.
Manage technical issues, bug fixes, enhancements, UAT, and production releases.
Gather customer feedback and contribute to product improvements and roadmap planning.
Ensure information security, data privacy, access controls, backups, and incident management.
Manage customer support, SLAs, TATs, issue resolution, and root-cause analysis.
Conduct online/offline user training and develop manuals, FAQs, and training material.
Maintain SOPs, technical documentation, implementation records, and change logs.
Track implementation progress, system performance, support metrics, adoption, and customer satisfaction.




Prepare and present weekly/monthly MIS and performance reports to management.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
Certifications in Cloud, ITIL, Cybersecurity, Microsoft, AWS, or Azure will be an advantage.
Robust experience in product implementation, technical operations, customer support, and vendor coordination.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
