About the Role

Eligibility Criteria
Recent graduate preferred.
Candidates must be from:
Delhi University (DU)
Institute of Hotel Management (IHM)
IP University/Colleges (IP)
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through phone calls, emails, and chat support.
Provide accurate information regarding services and processes.
Resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Collaborate with internal teams to provide seamless customer support.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
