Job Requirement – Storekeeper / Parts Executive (Car Dealership)

We are looking for an experienced Storekeeper / Parts Executive to manage spare-parts inventory and ordering at our automobile dealership.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage spare-parts stock, inward, outward, and bin locations.
Place parts orders through the Dealer Management System (DMS).
Analyze past consumption and workshop demand to forecast future parts requirements.
Maintain optimum inventory and avoid stock-outs or overstocking.
Monitor rapid-moving, slow-moving, non-moving, and obsolete parts.
Use Excel and DMS reports for stock analysis and data manipulation.
Track pending orders, backorders, and emergency requirements.
Conduct stock verification and reconcile physical stock with DMS.
Coordinate with Workshop, Service Advisors,



Accounts, and OEM/suppliers.

Required Skills:
2–5 years of experience in automobile spare parts/store operations preferred.
Robust analytical and numerical skills.
Good Excel and data-handling ability.
Experience with DMS/ERP inventory systems.
Good knowledge of automobile spare parts.
Strong forecasting, inventory planning, and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
