Key Responsibilities – Warehouse Executive
Manage inward and outward warehouse operations, including receiving, verification, storage, picking and dispatch.
Verify products against Purchase Orders, Invoices and Delivery Challans for quantity, product code, batch/serial number and condition.
Maintain accurate stock records and Product Data Tracker for all inward and outward movements.
Conduct regular physical stock verification and report shortages, excess, damage or discrepancies.
Ensure proper product storage, labelling, warehouse organization and housekeeping.
Handle packing and dispatch of products with proper documentation and secure packaging.
Coordinate with courier/delivery agencies, update tracking details and monitor delivery status.
Maintain records of invoices, delivery challans, inward/outward entries, courier details and proof of delivery.
Coordinate loading/unloading activities and maintain related expense records and supporting documents.
Ensure timely dispatch, stock accuracy and proper documentation, and immediately report any warehouse-related issues.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
