Role: Project Manager

Role Overview:

Responsible for planning, coordinating, monitoring, and delivering AffixxMedia’s client projects on time, within scope, and according to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage multiple client projects from onboarding to delivery
Understand project requirements, timelines, deliverables, and client expectations
Create and maintain project plans and task schedules
Assign tasks to the appropriate internal team members
Monitor daily project progress and deadlines
Coordinate between SMM, Content, Design, Video, SEO, Ads, and Web teams
Ensure monthly deliverables are completed on time
Conduct regular project follow-ups with team members
Identify project delays, bottlenecks, and risks
Coordinate client approvals and feedback
Maintain project updates in CRM and project management tools
Conduct internal project review meetings
Ensure projects meet AffixxMedia’s quality standards
Escalate critical issues to management when required

Requirements:
Strong organizational and coordination skills
Excellent communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong time management and follow-up skills
Ability to work under deadlines
Positive problem-solving and decision-making ability




Strong understanding of team workflows and project management

Preferred Skills:
Previous experience in project management or account management
Experience in a digital marketing or creative agency
Knowledge of SMM, SEO, Ads, Branding, and Web Development workflows
Experience using project management or CRM tools
Solid client communication and relationship management skills
Basic understanding of digital marketing is preferred

Reduce project delays and missed deadlines
Ensure smooth coordination between teams
Maintain accurate project status and documentation
Ensure client requirements are properly communicated internally
Maintain high client satisfaction
Identify and resolve operational issues proactively

Salary & Incentives:
Fixed salary based on experience
Performance-based growth opportunities
Salary revision based on project management performance and contribution

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
