Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Executive – Finance with 4+ years of relevant experience in accounting and finance operations. The ideal candidate should have robust hands-on knowledge of GST, Tally, and MS Excel, along with a good understanding of day-to-day accounting, taxation, reconciliations, and financial documentation.

Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day accounting transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, payments, journal entries, and ledger posting.
Maintain accurate books of accounts using Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
Prepare and maintain GST-related records, workings, reconciliations, and returns.
Ensure timely compliance with applicable GST regulations and statutory requirements.
Perform GST reconciliation between books, purchase records, and GST returns.
Prepare bank reconciliations, vendor/customer reconciliations, and ledger scrutiny.
Manage accounts payable and receivable activities.
Verify invoices, supporting documents, and accounting entries for accuracy.
Assist in preparation of monthly MIS reports, schedules, and financial statements.




Maintain proper documentation and records for audit and statutory requirements.

Required Skills
Strong knowledge of GST and GST compliance
Excellent hands-on experience in Tally ERP / Tally Prime
Advanced working knowledge of MS Excel, including formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data reconciliation
Valuable knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping
Experience in bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations
Good understanding of accounts payable and receivable
Solid analytical and numerical skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple accounting activities and meet deadlines

Qualification
B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification
4+ years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance
Candidates with strong practical experience in GST, Tally, and Excel will be preferred.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
