Job Purpose

To perform high-quality vehicle painting and refinishing work by preparing surfaces, matching paint colors and applying paint in accordance with Mahindra's quality standards, ensuring an excellent finish and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Inspect vehicles and identify painting and refinishing requirements.
Prepare vehicle surfaces by cleaning, sanding, masking and priming before painting.
Mix and match paint colours according to manufacturer specifications.
Apply primer, base coat and transparent coat using approved painting techniques and equipment.
Perform touch-up and refinishing work to achieve a high-quality finish.
Ensure painted surfaces are free from defects such as runs, dust particles, or colour mismatches.




Coordinate with the Denter to ensure body repairs are completed before painting.
Operate and maintain spray guns, paint booths and other painting equipment safely.
Follow Mahindra's painting procedures and quality standards.
Maintain cleanliness of the paint booth, tools and work area.
Ensure proper handling, storage and disposal of paints and hazardous materials.
Follow workplace safety procedures and use the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Report any equipment malfunction or additional vehicle damage to the supervisor.

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
