We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor Trainee to join our service team. The candidate will be trained to handle customer interactions, understand vehicle service requirements, coordinate with technicians, and ensure a smooth service experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and understand their vehicle service requirements.
Assist in preparing job cards and service estimates.
Coordinate with technicians regarding vehicle inspection and repair work.
Communicate service updates and additional requirements to customers.
Assist in scheduling service appointments and vehicle delivery.
Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
Ensure customer satisfaction and follow company/service standards.
Learn and follow manufacturer guidelines and workshop procedures.

Qualification:
Diploma or B.Tech in Automobile / Mechanical Engineering.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
Basic knowledge of automobile systems is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
