Job Description – Accountant

We are looking for an Accountant to handle day-to-day accounting, GST, taxation and compliance-related work for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain day-to-day books of accounts and accounting records.
Record sales, purchases, receipts, payments, journal entries and other transactions.
Handle bookkeeping and bank, cash, ledger and other reconciliations.
GST knowledge is mandatory; assist in GST return preparation, filing and GSTR-2B reconciliation.
Handle TDS/TCS-related workings and compliance support.
Assist in Income Tax return preparation and related work.
Assist seniors in ROC/MCA compliance and filings as required.
Prepare basic financial reports, statements and supporting schedules.
Follow up with clients for pending professional fees, statutory payments and required documents/data.
Coordinate with clients for accounting,



GST and other compliance requirements.

Required Skills:
Positive practical knowledge of GST
Tally/accounting software knowledge
Basic to positive Excel knowledge
Knowledge of TDS and Income Tax
Good accounting and bookkeeping skills
Positive communication and client coordination skills
Ability to follow up with clients professionally
Willingness to learn and work on multiple client accounts

Important: This is not purely a data-entry accounting role. The candidate will work on client accounts, GST, taxation, compliance support and client coordination under the supervision of seniors.
Maintain proper files, vouchers, documents and compliance records.
Assist seniors in audit and other accounting/compliance work.
Handle basic office documentation and other accounting-related responsibilities assigned by management.

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹9,000.00 per month
