JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive to support our operations by managing data, generating reports, and ensuring accurate information flow across departments. The ideal candidate will have robust analytical skills and expertise in data management and reporting tools.

JOB DESCRIPTION

· Collect, verify, and maintain data related to sales, inventory, and projects

· Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management

· Familiarity with CRM tools and data management systems

· Analyse pre sales performance, sales performance, lead tracking, and project progress

· Maintain and update databases, CRM systems, and records

· Prepare dashboards and presentations for management review

· Coordinate with pre sales,



sales, marketing, and finance teams for data accuracy

· Identify discrepancies and ensure timely correction of data

Required Skills

· Strong knowledge of MS Excel

· Good analytical and problem-solving skills

· Data analysis and reporting

· Time management and prioritization

· Solid coordination and communication

Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree or related field.
3+ years of experience
