Trogon Media Pvt Ltd is a agile and growing technology company based in Kozhikode, Kerala. We specialize in developing creative digital solutions, including LMS platforms, AI-powered applications, and custom software solutions.

We are looking for a motivated and skilled Project Manager to join our growing team and lead the successful planning, execution, and delivery of our projects.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, monitor, and deliver software and web-based projects successfully.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and clients, to ensure project objectives are achieved.
Create and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Ensure effective communication and coordination among all project stakeholders.
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.




Maintain project documentation, reports, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure projects are delivered within the agreed scope and timelines.

Requirements
Minimum 1.5 years of experience in IT Project Management.
Proven experience in successfully managing software or web development projects.
Strong leadership, coordination, and team management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Solid problem-solving and organizational skills.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
