Job Description – Clinical Psychologist

Key Responsibilities
Conduct individual psychological counselling and therapy sessions for students.
Assess students’ psychological, emotional, behavioural, and academic concerns.
Conduct appropriate psychological assessments and maintain assessment records.
Develop individualized intervention and support plans based on student needs.
Provide counselling for stress, anxiety, adjustment issues, relationship concerns, academic pressure, and other student-related challenges.
Maintain strict confidentiality, skilled boundaries, and ethical standards.
Identify students who may require specialized or higher-level psychological/psychiatric support and facilitate appropriate referrals.
Conduct awareness programs, workshops, and group sessions on mental health, stress management, emotional resilience, and wellbeing.
Collaborate with faculty, mentors, student support teams, and university administration when appropriate and within confidentiality requirements.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹81,631.49 per month
