About the Role

We are looking for a Field Sales Executive who can develop business through Architects, Interior Designers, Builders, Contractors and Project Owners.

The candidate will be responsible for generating recent project opportunities, conducting client meetings, presenting Suitch On’s automation solutions and converting residential and commercial projects into business.

Suitch On provides automation solutions for homes, villas, hotels, hospitals, malls and other commercial/industrial spaces.

Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through regular field visits and market networking.
Build and maintain relationships with Architects, Interior Designers, Builders, Contractors and Developers.
Visit residential and commercial project sites to understand client requirements.
Promote Home Automation, Smart Switches, Smart Locks, Smart Motors, Sensors, Smart Lighting and Security Solutions.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to architects and interior designers.
Identify upcoming construction, renovation and interior-design projects.
Prepare quotations,



negotiate and close sales.
Follow up with clients and convert leads into projects.
Coordinate with the technical/installation team for project execution.
Develop dealer/channel relationships wherever required.
Maintain sales reports, pipeline and regular follow-ups.
Achieve monthly sales and business-development targets.

Candidate Requirements
1–5 years of experience in Field Sales / B2B Sales / Project Sales / Technical Sales.
Experience dealing with Architects, Interior Designers, Builders or Contractors will be preferred.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Comfortable with regular field visits and client meetings.
Ability to generate leads independently and develop the local market.
Positive presentation and relationship-management skills.
Target-oriented and confident in closing deals.
Local market knowledge will be an advantage.
Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.

Education Qualification

12th (Science) / 12th (Commerce) / BBA / B. Com / Diploma in Interior Design / Diploma in Architecture
