Prepare and serve coffee, tea, smoothies, and other beverages according to recipes and quality standards.
Operate espresso machines, grinders, blenders, and other beverage equipment safely.
Take customer orders, process payments, and provide friendly customer service.
Maintain consistent taste, presentation, and portion standards.
Keep the coffee station, equipment, counters, and dining areas clean and hygienic.
Replenish coffee beans, milk, syrups, cups, and other supplies.
Monitor inventory and inform supervisors about low-stock or damaged items.
Follow food-safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
Handle customer questions, requests, and complaints professionally.
Support other café/restaurant operations when required.
