Job Description – Excavator & Loader Technician / Service Engineer

Position: Excavator & Loader Technician / Service Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose, repair, and maintain Excavators, Loaders, and other heavy earthmoving equipment.
Handle mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and engine-related troubleshooting.
Conduct preventive maintenance and breakdown service at customer sites.
Attend service calls and ensure timely machine repair and minimum downtime.
Perform machine inspection, troubleshooting, and service reporting.
Coordinate with customers and the service team for machine maintenance and technical support.
Maintain proper service records, job cards, and spare parts requirements.

Experience & Skills:
1–5 years of experience in servicing Excavators, Loaders,



JCB or similar heavy earthmoving equipment.
ITI/Diploma in Diesel/Mechanical/Automobile Engineering preferred.
Positive knowledge of hydraulic, electrical, transmission, and engine systems.
Willingness to travel to customer/project sites.
Strong troubleshooting and customer-handling skills.

Key Objective:
Ensure quick breakdown response, quality repairs, preventive maintenance, and maximum machine uptime.
