Job Title: Branch Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Branch Manager to oversee the overall operations of the branch, drive student enrollments, lead and develop the branch team, and ensure an excellent student experience. The ideal candidate should possess robust leadership, sales, and operational management skills to achieve business objectives while maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day branch operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Drive student admissions and achieve monthly revenue targets.
Lead, mentor, and monitor the performance of the sales, academic, and support teams.
Develop and execute local marketing and business development initiatives.
Ensure timely follow-up of leads and improve conversion rates.
Monitor student onboarding, attendance, and overall satisfaction.
Handle student and parent queries, concerns, and escalations professionally.
Maintain branch discipline and ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs.
Track branch performance and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Manage branch expenses, inventory,



and operational resources efficiently.
Coordinate with the Head Office regarding admissions, academics, HR, and finance activities.
Foster a positive, performance-oriented work environment.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Education, or a related field.
Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Branch Manager or in a leadership role, preferably in the EdTech, Education, or Training industry.
Proven experience in achieving sales and business growth targets.
Solid leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Ability to work in a target-driven and quick-paced environment.
