Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Academic Counsellor to guide students, handle admissions, and support the counselling team. The candidate should have solid communication, counselling, sales, and team coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities
Guide students and parents in selecting suitable courses and career paths.
Handle student enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and direct meetings.
Explain course details, fees, career opportunities, and admission procedures.
Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into admissions.
Maintain and update student enquiry and admission records.
Handle complex student and parent queries professionally.
Coordinate with academic, marketing, and management teams.
Monitor counselling and admission performance.
Achieve individual and team admission targets.
Prepare regular reports on enquiries, follow-ups, and admissions.
Maintain solid relationships with students and parents.
Requirements
2–4 years of experience in academic counselling, admissions, education sales, or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong counselling, convincing, and negotiation skills.
Good leadership and team coordination abilities.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Strong follow-up and customer-handling skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
Immediate joiners preferred.
