Position: Telecaller
Experience: 0–2 Years (Freshers with good communication skills can also apply)
Qualification: Any Graduate / HSC / Diploma

Key Skills:
Valuable English communication skills (spoken and written)
Fluent in Hindi and Marathi (preferred)
Excellent telephone etiquette and customer handling skills
Solid interpersonal and listening skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM/ERP is an advantage)
Ability to convince and follow up with customers
Positive attitude and result-oriented approach

Roles & Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.
Explain products and services clearly to customers.
Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.




Maintain customer records and update the CRM/ERP system.
Follow up with existing and potential customers.
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Coordinate with internal teams for customer requirements.
Resolve basic customer queries and escalate issues when required.

Preferred Candidate Profile:
Excellent English communication skills.
Confident and polite speaking ability.
Positive negotiation and persuasion skills.
Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
