Designation: Billing & Estimation Engineer

Location: Pune / Project Sites

Key Responsibilities
Prepare project estimates, BOQ, quotations, and cost sheets.
Prepare client bills, RA Bills, final bills, and measurement sheets.
Verify site measurements and quantities as per drawings and work completed.
Prepare material quantity take-offs from drawings and BOQs.
Coordinate with Site, Purchase, Production, Design, Accounts & Project teams.
Check subcontractor/vendor bills and verify quantities before processing.
Track project cost, material consumption, work progress, and billing status.
Prepare rate analysis and compare actual costs with estimated costs.
Maintain proper records of BOQ, work orders, invoices, measurements, and billing documents.
Support tendering and quotation preparation.




Follow up with clients for bill certification and payment documentation.

Qualification
Diploma / BE / B.Tech – Civil or Mechanical Engineering
Experience in PEB / Structural Steel / Construction / Panel Industry preferred.

Required Skills
Positive knowledge of MS Excel
Knowledge of AutoCAD and BOQ preparation
Understanding of quantity surveying and rate analysis
Positive communication and coordination skills
Ability to read engineering drawings
Knowledge of billing and estimation software/ERP will be an advantage.

Experience

2–5 years in Billing & Estimation, preferably in PEB / Steel Structure / Construction Industry.
