Job Description

buildAhome is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Site Engineer (Civil) to manage and supervise in office construction activities, ensuring quality execution and timely project completion.

Required Skills
Basic knowledge of construction methods, materials, and drawings.
Ability to read and interpret civil drawings and BOQs.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Problem-solving attitude and willingness to work on-site.
Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is an added advantage.

Walk-in or Scheduled (Timing 10:00 AM to 05:00 PM)

Roles & Responsibilities




Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure work is executed as per drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams for smooth site operations.
Monitor site progress, manpower, and material usage.
Ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards at the construction site.
Conduct site inspections and prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
Assist in planning, scheduling, and execution of civil works.
Resolve in office technical issues and provide practical engineering solutions.
Ensure compliance with project timelines and company standards.

Eligibility
BE / Diploma in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
Robust interest in residential construction and site execution.
Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
