Safe Trip Holidays is a growing travel agency specializing in Domestic & International Holiday Packages, Customized Tours, Hotel Bookings, Visa Assistance, and Travel Planning. We are looking for a passionate Travel Consultant who can provide excellent customer service and help grow our business.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.
Understand customer travel requirements and recommend suitable holiday packages.
Prepare customized travel itineraries and quotations.
Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into bookings.
Coordinate with hotels, airlines, DMCs, and suppliers.
Process bookings, confirmations, and travel documentation.
Maintain customer records and booking details.
Assist in achieving monthly sales targets.
Build long-term relationships with customers for repeat business.
Stay updated on travel destinations, visa requirements, and travel trends.





Required Skills
Positive communication skills in English and Tamil
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).
Good customer service and sales skills.
Ability to prepare quotations and itineraries.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualification
Graduate in any discipline.
Experience in Travel & Tourism is preferred.
Freshers with excellent communication and a passion for travel are also welcome.

Working Hours
Monday – Saturday
9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
