We are looking for an experienced and skilled Ductman to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for duct installation, fabrication support, and HVAC ducting work at project sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and assemble HVAC air ducts as per drawings and specifications.
- Perform ducting work for air-conditioning and ventilation systems.
- Assist in duct fabrication, cutting, fitting, and insulation.
- Read and understand basic HVAC/ducting drawings.
- Ensure proper alignment, sealing, and installation of ductwork.
- Coordinate with HVAC technicians, supervisors, and other site workers.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain good housekeeping at the worksite.
- Identify and report any issues during installation.
Requirements:
- 1–5 years of experience as a Ductman.
- Knowledge of HVAC duct installation and fabrication.
- Ability to work with hand tools and basic equipment.
- Ability to work at construction/project sites.
- Valuable teamwork and communication skills.
- Candidates with experience will be an advantage.
