Position: Domestic IT Recruiter

Location: Gurugram (onsite)

We are looking for motivated Domestic IT Recruiter with 2+ year of experience to join our growing recruitment team. This role focuses on hiring for India-based technical positions across multiple technologies and domains.

The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of domestic IT recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and a strong interest in building a career in technical hiring within a fast-paced, growth-oriented workplace.

Responsibilities

- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for domestic IT positions across various technologies.
- Work on full-time, contract, and contract-to-hire requirements.
- Utilize job portals such as Naukri and LinkedIn, and other sourcing channels to identify suitable candidates.
- Must have experience in working on demands like SAP, ERP, Oracle, SFDC, Salesforce, Workday, Cybersecurity,



Microsoft Office 365,
- Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage candidate pipelines, submissions, and follow-ups.
- Assist with offer rollouts, negotiations, and onboarding coordination.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

- 2+ year of experience in Domestic IT Recruitment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with hiring for IT roles in the Indian market is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Basic understanding of technical roles and skill sets is a plus.
