Role Description :- Dispatch Manager

Role Description The Dispatch Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Nashik, responsible for overseeing daily dispatch operations for finished goods and materials. This role manages scheduling, routing, and coordination of shipments to ensure timely delivery to customers and OEM partners, while maintaining accurate dispatch records and documentation.

The Dispatch

Manager monitors inventory and dispatch readiness, collaborates with production, stores, and sales teams,



and addresses any issues impacting delivery timelines. The role includes supervising dispatch staff, enforcing safety and quality standards, optimizing transport costs, and ensuring that customer commitments and service levels are consistently met.

The Dispatch

Manager also contributes to process improvements, supports audits and reporting, and uses basic systems or ERP tools to track and control dispatch activities.

Qualifications

- Strong dispatching and logistics coordination skills, with experience in scheduling, routing, and documentation of shipments.
- Supervisory skills to lead dispatch teams, allocate work effectively, and ensure adherence to operational procedures.
- Clear and professional communication skills for collaboration with internal teams, transport partners, and customers.
- Customer service orientation to handle delivery-related queries, resolve issues, and maintain positive client relationships.
- Operations management capabilities, including understanding of inventory flow, production–dispatch alignment, and cost control.
- Relevant experience in manufacturing or automotive/industrial supply chain; familiarity with ERP or dispatch management software is an advantage.
- Diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain, operations, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work on-site in Nashik in a quick-paced, deadline-driven environment.
