We are currently expanding our digital insurance sales team and looking for an experienced Digital Tele Sales Manager – Motor Insurance to drive customer conversions across motor insurance products.

About the RoleWe are looking for a motivated and experienced Digital Tele Sales Manager with hands-on experience in Motor Insurance sales and renewals.

You will primarily work on digitally generated and inbound customer leads, understand their insurance requirements, follow up through calls and approved digital channels, and help customers complete their motor insurance purchase journey.

This is a performance-oriented role for someone who understands motor insurance, telesales conversion and strong follow-up discipline.

What You’ll Do

- Handle inbound and digitally generated leads for Motor Insurance.
- Connect with customers through phone calls and approved digital communication channels.
- Understand customer requirements and assist them with suitable motor insurance options.
- Drive end-to-end policy sales, including new policies, renewals and eligible motor insurance cases.
- Follow up with customers and improve lead-to-sale conversion.
- Assist customers with documentation and policy purchase completion.
- Maintain accurate lead and sales updates in the CRM.
- Work closely with internal operations,



product and partner teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.
- Meet assigned sales, conversion and revenue targets.
- Share customer feedback and sales insights to improve Coveresy’s digital sales process.

What We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience in Motor Insurance telesales, digital insurance sales or renewals.
- Strong understanding of two-wheeler and four-wheeler insurance.
- Experience handling inbound/digital leads and managing high-volume follow-ups.
- Valuable communication and customer relationship-building skills.
- Strong focus on sales conversion and target achievement.
- Comfortable using CRM systems, WhatsApp and other digital sales tools.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.

Preferred BackgroundCandidates from an Insurance Broker, Insurer, Web Aggregator, POSP/Insurance Distribution platform or Motor Insurance sales team will be preferred. Why Join Coveresy?
