? Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹60,000 per month

We’re looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to lead digital acquisition for our real estate projects.

The ideal candidate should have robust hands-on experience in Google Ads, PPC, SEO, lead generation, analytics, and conversion optimization, with a focus on generating high-quality leads and driving site visits and sales.

Key Responsibilities• Plan, manage, and optimize Google Ads, PPC, Lead Generation, Performance Max, Display & YouTube campaigns.

- Manage campaign budgets and optimize CPL, CPA, CTR, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, bidding, search-term analysis, and negative keyword management.
- Develop and execute technical, on-page, and off-page SEO strategies.
- Manage GA4, GTM, Google Search Console, UTM tracking, and CRM integrations.
- Optimize landing pages, ad copies,



and conversion funnels through CRO.
- Coordinate with Sales, CRM, Creative, Website, and Agency teams to improve lead quality and conversions.
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare actionable performance reports.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in Google Ads, SEO, and real estate digital marketing.
