What You'll Be Doing

- Plan and execute end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and display advertising.
- Own the brand's digital presence from website performance to social media growth to online reputation.
- Develop and manage paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn) with a focus on lead generation and ROI.
- Create and oversee a content calendar aligned with business goals and real estate marketing cycles.
- Analyse campaign data, generate insights, and continuously optimize for performance and conversions.
- Use AI-based tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Surfer SEO, HubSpot, etc.) to ideate, automate, or accelerate marketing workflows — not just gimmicks.
- Collaborate with the creative, sales, and leadership teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand integrity.
- Track KPIs, prepare monthly reports, and present findings to stakeholders with actionable recommendations.

Must-Have Qualifications

- 3 years of professional experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or growth marketing.
- Proven expertise in SEO/SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and email marketing platforms.
- Hands-on experience with analytics tools: Google Analytics 4, Search Console, Meta Business Suite, etc.
- Demonstrated use of AI tools in marketing workflows — with real examples to show.
- Strong understanding of funnel strategy, lead generation, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Excellent communication skills — written and verbal — for campaigns, reports, and stakeholder updates.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize across projects, and meet deadlines without micromanagement.

Optional but Impressive

- Experience in real estate, construction, or infrastructure marketing
- CRM expertise (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) and marketing automation
- Basic understanding of web design/UX and landing page optimization
- Knowledge of influencer marketing or community-building strategies
- Certifications: Google Ads, HubSpot, Meta Blueprint, or similar
