Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Digital Marketing Specialist based in Gurugram.

The Digital Marketing

Specialist will plan and execute digital campaigns to promote real estate projects and services, focusing on lead generation and brand visibility. Daily responsibilities include managing social media channels, creating and optimizing online marketing content, monitoring web analytics, and running performance-based campaigns across platforms. The role involves coordinating with sales and marketing teams to align digital initiatives with business goals, analyzing campaign data, and preparing reports with actionable insights.



The specialist will also stay updated on digital marketing trends in the real estate sector and recommend current strategies to improve engagement and conversions.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Online Marketing for campaign planning, execution, and optimization across digital channels.
- Hands-on experience with Digital Marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, and paid advertising to drive traffic and qualified leads.
- Proficiency in Web Analytics tools (such as Google Analytics or similar platforms) to track performance, measure KPIs, and generate reports.
- Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to create clear, compelling content and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Familiarity with real estate marketing, CRM systems, and lead management tools is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and willingness to continuously learn and adapt to evolving digital trends.
