About the Role

Solutioner is conducting a confidential search on behalf of a fast-growing B2B FinTech company operating at the intersection of financial markets, technology and institutional banking.

This is not a generalist digital marketing role.

Our client is looking for a hands-on B2B digital marketer who understands how to turn digital activity into meaningful engagement and qualified leads. Someone who has actually built and executed SEO and AEO strategies, understands what drives search visibility and AI-driven discovery, and can demonstrate real results from their work.

You will work closely with stakeholders across India, the USA and the UK, engaging with sophisticated audiences within global financial institutions. Excellent written and spoken English is therefore non-negotiable.

The role requires someone who can look at campaign or website performance, understand why something worked or didn't, recommend what needs to change, and then take ownership of executing the improvement.

What You Will Own

- Own and execute the company's SEO and AEO strategy end-to-end, including keyword research, on-page optimisation, technical SEO and AI-driven search visibility
- Translate digital marketing strategy into campaigns across LinkedIn, X, email and the company website to generate meaningful B2B engagement and inbound leads




- Develop B2B email sequences and social content designed to resonate with senior decision-makers within global banks and financial institutions
- Analyse campaign, website and search performance using tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console and Google Analytics — and turn insights into action
- Manage and optimise website content through WordPress, ensuring strong performance across desktop and mobile
- Create and maintain high-quality, senior-level content that reflects the credibility and sophistication expected in financial services
- Monitor competitor activity across social media, events and awards and turn market intelligence into actionable recommendations
- Build, maintain and improve the company's marketing contact database
- Work independently, bring ideas proactively and take ownership from strategy through execution

- What We Are Looking For

- 5+ years of hands-on B2B digital marketing experience, ideally within FinTech, financial services or SaaS
- Proven hands-on experience building and executing SEO and AEO strategies, with real results to demonstrate — not certifications alone
- Clear understanding of how AEO differs from traditional SEO and how content needs to be structured for AI-driven search and answer engines
- Confident, independent use of SEO and analytics tools including SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console and Google Analytics
- Hands-on experience with WordPress and Salesforce
- Proven experience creating B2B marketing emails and social content that engages enterprise audiences
- Excellent written and spoken English — articulate, polished and confident when communicating with senior stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail,



particularly when producing public-facing content and reports for senior leadership
- Ability to work independently in a rapid-paced environment, manage deadlines and communicate proactively
- Genuine curiosity and initiative — someone who asks why, uses AI tools to work smarter and faster, and brings ideas rather than waiting for instructions
- Strong learning mindset and an ability to stay current with Google updates, AI developments, search trends and social-media changes
- Strong ownership mindset — able to take a strategy and execute campaigns that deliver against it
- Ability to apply logical reasoning, break complex problems into manageable components and document processes clearly
- Candidates should be able to provide actual SEO and AEO work samples, including relevant website links and a brief explanation of the work they personally executed

What This Role Is Not

If you are a generalist digital marketer who has worked across social media, content or paid campaigns but has not personally managed SEO and AEO, this role is not the right fit.

Similarly, certifications in SEO/AEO without demonstrable hands-on execution will not be sufficient.

Our client needs someone who can take ownership of the digital marketing agenda, understand the technical and commercial impact of search, communicate confidently with senior stakeholders and execute rather than simply recommend.
