? Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote role for a Digital Marketing Specialist. The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies to strengthen our online presence, grow our audience, increase engagement, and support business and brand objectives.

We're hiring across all levels from freshers looking to build their digital marketing career to experienced marketers ready to take ownership of campaigns and growth strategies.

? Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across multiple online channels
- Plan, manage, and optimize social media campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X
- Create and manage content calendars for social media, blogs, newsletters, and digital publications
- Implement SEO strategies to improve website visibility, organic traffic, and search rankings
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research
- Manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize campaigns based on data and analytics
- Drive audience growth, website traffic, engagement, and lead generation
- Work closely with editorial, design, sales, and business development teams
- Support email marketing, newsletters, and marketing automation initiatives




- Track digital marketing KPIs and prepare performance reports
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, algorithms, and best practices
- Help build and strengthen the company's digital brand presence
- (Senior candidates) Develop growth strategies, manage campaigns independently, and mentor junior marketing team members

? Required Skills & Qualifications

- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and channels
- Knowledge of social media marketing and content marketing
- Understanding of SEO, keyword research, and website optimization
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, or similar tools
- Experience with Meta Ads and social media management is a plus
- Basic understanding of email marketing and marketing automation
- Ability to analyze campaign performance and marketing data
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Creative thinking and solid attention to detail
- Good understanding of branding and audience engagement
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Familiarity with Canva, WordPress, HubSpot, or similar tools is a plus
- Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools is a plus
- Freshers: Academic projects, internships, certifications, or personal marketing portfolios are welcome
- Senior candidates: 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, campaign management, SEO, paid advertising, or growth marketing is a strong plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
