We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who can drive growth through database-led lead generation, CRM/lifecycle marketing, marketing automation, and conversion optimisation.

Key Responsibilities

- Segment and activate customer/prospect databases to generate leads and revenue.
- Develop Email, WhatsApp, SMS, nurture, re-engagement, cross-sell, and upsell campaigns.
- Build automated customer journeys, lead scoring, drip campaigns, and follow-ups.
- Analyse the complete traffic → registration → lead → sale funnel.
- Identify funnel leakages and improve lead-to-sale conversion.
- Optimise landing pages, CTAs, forms, and customer journeys through A/B testing.
- Track CPL, CAC, conversions, ROI, and revenue attribution.
- Work with CRM and analytics tools including GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
- Use Google Ads and Meta Ads where required to support lead generation.
- Identify opportunities to automate repetitive marketing activities and improve campaign efficiency.




- Use AI tools to support research, campaign planning, content, and automation.

- Eligibility

- 4–7 years of experience in CRM, Database Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing, Digital Growth, Performance Marketing, or Marketing Automation.
- Solid hands-on experience in database-led lead generation and customer lifecycle campaigns.
- Experience building CRM automation, lead nurturing, segmentation, and re-engagement journeys.
- Strong understanding of conversion funnels and performance analytics.
- Working knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, and Meta Ads.
- Experience with CRM/marketing automation platforms preferred.
- Strong analytical and data-driven approach.
- Experience in financial services, fintech, subscription businesses, digital media, or SaaS will be an advantage.
