Brijstar Green Energy Pvt Ltd is a solar EPC company and an Authorised Channel Partner of Tata Power Solar, based in Siliguri. We install rooftop solar for homes under the PM Surya Ghar government subsidy scheme, and for factories and commercial buildings.

We are hiring a Digital Marketing Executive to handle all our marketing and branding work in-house.

What you will do

- Make static posts for Instagram and Facebook in our fixed design format
- Shoot and edit easy in-house reels — site updates, customer information videos, explainers
- Run and manage our Meta ads — set up campaigns, manage budget, track results, report weekly
- Manage our Instagram, Facebook and Google Business Profile — posting, comments, messages
- Collect Google reviews from customers after every completed installation
- Coordinate all marketing and branding work — pamphlets, brochures, site branding, printing vendors
- Keep our branding consistent across everything we publish

Required

- 1 to 3 years experience in marketing, social media or digital marketing
- Must be able to design posts. Canva is the minimum.
- Must be comfortable managing Instagram and Facebook business pages
- Own laptop and smartphone
- Willing to visit our installation sites in and around Siliguri to shoot photos and videos




- Fluent Bengali and Hindi, basic English. You will write captions in English and Bengali.
- Organised. This role has fixed monthly deliverables and deadlines.

Preferred

- Experience running paid ads on Meta Business Suite
- Video editing knowledge — CapCut, Premiere Pro, InShot or similar
- Photoshop or Illustrator
- Basic knowledge of Google Business Profile and local SEO
