About the Role
We're a growing ecommerce brand looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to handle content creation, social media posting, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ads, and overall marketing strategy. Great opportunity for freshers or early-career marketers to grow with a fast-moving D2C brand.
Responsibilities
- Create engaging content (images, reels, captions) for social media and website
- Manage day-to-day social media posting and calendar
- Plan, run, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns
- Assist in building and executing overall digital marketing strategy
- Track performance metrics and suggest improvements
- Explore other channels like email marketing, Google Ads, and influencer collabs as needed
Requirements
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and content trends
- Interest/knowledge in running Meta Ads (certification or coursework is a plus, hands-on experience not mandatory)
- Good communication and copywriting skills
- Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools
- Self-motivated and willing to learn
- Freshers welcome; prior internship or 6 months–2 years experience is a plus
