We build custom Pine Script and TradingView indicators and strategies, MT5/MQL5 solutions, full-stack web and SaaS platforms, Android and iOS mobile applications, APIs, third-party integrations, dashboards, and business automation systems.

THE ROLE

We are hiring a full-time Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist for a hybrid role based in Bhubaneswar, Odisha. Your primary goal will be to create a consistent pipeline of qualified B2B prospects and book relevant sales conversations for our development services.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Build and execute a multi-channel lead-generation strategy for full-stack web development, SaaS platforms, Android/iOS apps, APIs and integrations, automation systems, Pine Script/TradingView development, and MT5/MQL5 solutions.
- Research and target founders, startups, SMEs, fintech and trading businesses, educators, signal providers, brokers, agencies, and product teams in India and international markets.
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, personalized email outreach, SEO and content, organic social media, partnerships, directories, and paid campaigns where appropriate.
- Create human, personalized outreach and follow-up sequences; avoid spam, mass messaging, and low-quality purchased lists.
- Qualify prospects by business need, project scope, budget, authority, and timeline, then schedule sales calls.
- Plan case studies, service pages, landing-page copy, LinkedIn content, and other conversion-focused marketing assets.
- Set up, monitor, and optimize Google, Meta, and LinkedIn campaigns when required.
- Maintain an organized CRM or lead tracker and report weekly on outreach, replies, qualified leads, booked calls, conversion rates, cost per lead, and channel ROI.
- Test new audiences, offers, messaging, and channels to improve lead quality and conversion.




- Work closely with the founder and development team to understand services, prepare proposals, and accurately communicate technical capabilities.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

- At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in digital marketing and lead generation.
- Proven B2B lead-generation results, supported by campaign examples, case studies, or measurable performance data.
- Practical experience with LinkedIn marketing, email outreach, SEO/content marketing, paid advertising, analytics, and CRM tools.
- Strong English writing and communication skills with the ability to create concise, persuasive, personalized messages.
- Ability to research ideal customer profiles, work independently, manage multiple campaigns, and meet agreed performance targets.
- Sound understanding of lead qualification, sales funnels, conversion tracking, and reporting.

PREFERRED

- Experience marketing software development, IT services, SaaS, mobile apps, fintech, trading technology, or automation services.
- Experience acquiring international clients.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Search Console, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, email automation, and CRM platforms.
- A portfolio showing the number and quality of leads generated, booked meetings, conversion rates, or campaign ROI.

COMPENSATION

₹15,000–₹60,000 per month, depending on experience, skills, portfolio, and demonstrated results.

WORK ARRANGEMENT

Full time, hybrid — Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India.
