Role DescriptionThe Digital Marketing Intern role at Growths.in is a full-time, work-from-office position based in Mandideep, Bhopal. This is an opportunity to work closely with the core team and gain hands-on experience across different areas of digital marketing.

The intern will assist with social media management, content creation, SEO, paid advertising, campaign planning, reporting, analytics, and day-to-day client work. You will help monitor campaigns, analyze basic performance metrics, prepare reports, contribute ideas, and support the execution of marketing strategies.





We are looking for someone who is willing to learn, take feedback, ask questions, and gradually take ownership of responsibilities. You will receive practical training and mentorship, but initiative matters. We want people who are serious about building skills, taking on challenges, and growing alongside a startup.

QualificationsCandidates should have an interest in Digital Marketing, Online Marketing, SEO, Paid Advertising, and Content Marketing.

Candidates should have an understanding of Social Media Marketing, including major platforms, content planning, scheduling, and audience engagement.

Basic knowledge of Web Analytics, reporting, campaign performance, and interpreting marketing data will be beneficial.

Robust written and verbal Communication skills are important, along with the ability to work collaboratively and take responsibility.

Knowledge of tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Canva, Google Search Console, or similar platforms is an advantage, but not mandatory.

A background in marketing, communications, business, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory. More than qualifications, we value curiosity, discipline, ownership, attention to detail, and a genuine hunger to learn and grow.
