JOB SUMMARY

Catalyst Education is looking for a knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and industry-oriented Digital Marketing Faculty to train students in practical digital marketing skills. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with current digital marketing tools and platforms and the ability to deliver engaging, practical training.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Conduct engaging theoretical and practical training sessions.
- Train students in:
- SEO & SEM
- Google Ads / PPC
- Google Analytics
- Social Media Marketing
- Content Marketing
- Email Marketing
- Affiliate Marketing
- WordPress
- Lead Generation
- Digital Marketing Analytics
- Create lesson plans, training materials, assignments, assessments, and live projects.
- Conduct practical exercises and industry-based projects.
- Monitor student performance and provide regular mentoring and feedback.
- Guide students in completing projects and building practical portfolios.
- Support students with interview preparation, career guidance, and industry readiness.
- Conduct workshops and practical sessions on emerging digital marketing tools.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, algorithms, tools, and industry practices.
- Maintain a positive, interactive,



and professional learning environment.

REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, MBA, or a related field.
- Strong practical knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Good understanding of SEO, Google Ads, Analytics, Social Media Marketing, WordPress, and Lead Generation.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong teaching, mentoring, and student-engagement abilities.
- Relevant certifications such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta, HubSpot, or equivalent will be an advantage.
- Prior teaching, training, agency, or digital marketing industry experience preferred.
- Freshers with strong practical knowledge and relevant certifications may also apply.
