Role Description The Digital Marketing Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Kollam Taluka. This role involves planning and executing digital marketing campaigns to promote Heavens Media Productions’ services across social media, search, and other online platforms.

The Digital Marketing

Executive will manage social media channels, create engaging content, monitor campaign performance, and optimize strategies using web analytics and insights. Daily activities include coordinating with the creative and production teams, maintaining the brand’s online presence,



responding to audience interactions, and contributing ideas for promotional campaigns and collaborations. The role also includes preparing regular performance reports, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all digital touchpoints.

Qualifications

- Strong foundational skills in Marketing and Communication, with the ability to translate business goals into effective digital campaigns.
- Hands-on experience in Social Media Marketing, including content planning, audience engagement, and platform-specific best practices.
- Proficiency in Web Content Writing, with the ability to create clear, compelling, and brand-aligned copy for websites, posts, and ads.
- Working knowledge of Web Analytics tools to track performance, interpret data, and adjust strategies for better reach and conversion.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Familiarity with creative industries such as photography, videography, or event production is an advantage.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a rapid-paced environment.
- Comfort using common digital marketing tools, basic design or video tools (e.g., Canva, basic video editing) is beneficial.
