Role Description This is a full time, on-site Digital Marketing Executive role based in Chennai.

The Digital Marketing

Executive will plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across channels to generate leads and strengthen brand visibility for Casagrand’s projects. Daily responsibilities include managing social media platforms, coordinating content creation for websites and campaigns, tracking performance with web analytics tools, and optimizing campaigns based on data insights. The role involves working closely with sales, design,



and product teams to ensure consistent messaging, timely campaign rollouts, and effective communication with target audiences.

The Digital Marketing

Executive will also support marketing events, monitor competitor activities, and contribute ideas to improve overall digital presence.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Marketing, with experience in campaign planning, branding, and lead generation.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and stakeholder collaboration.
- Hands-on experience in Social Media Marketing, managing platforms, and creating engaging content.
- Proficiency in Web Content Writing for websites, landing pages, and digital campaigns.
- Ability to use Web Analytics tools to monitor performance, interpret data, and optimize campaigns.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Knowledge of real estate industry trends and consumer behavior is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Chennai, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
