Singularis Software Technologies is looking for a smart, energetic and responsible Digital Marketing cum Receptionist to join our team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a fresher or junior professional who wants to build practical experience across Digital Marketing, Social Media, Lead Generation and Front Office Management.

Priority will be given to candidates who have completed a Digital Marketing course.Key Responsibilities:-Digital Marketing & Social Media

- Manage Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn activities
- Plan and publish regular social media content
- Support digital marketing campaigns and promotions
- Identify new opportunities for online marketing

Lead Generation

- Generate genuine student leads through digital and social media channels
- Explore new platforms and methods for lead generation
- Maintain proper lead records and daily activity reports
- Achieve monthly lead-generation targets based on quality and genuine enquiries

? Content & Creative

- Create skilled social media posters and promotional creatives
- Use Canva or similar design tools for regular marketing requirements
- Support basic content creation and promotional materials
- Video/Reel editing skills will be an added advantage

? Front Office & Student Coordination

- Manage reception and welcome students/visitors
- Handle student enquiries through calls and WhatsApp
- Handle walk-in enquiries professionally
- Coordinate with students and trainers
- Support day-to-day office activities

Lead Generation TargetThe role includes a monthly genuine student lead-generation target.

The focus will be on quality and relevance of leads, not simply collecting phone numbers.





Performance will be evaluated based on:

- Genuine leads generated
- Quality of enquiries
- Consistency of lead generation
- Marketing activities and lead sources
- Proper lead tracking and reporting

- Digital Marketing course/certification — Preferred & First Priority
- Freshers are welcome to apply
- Good communication skills in English and Malayalam
- Basic knowledge of Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn
- Good understanding of Digital Marketing
- Basic Canva/design skills
- Confident and skilled personality
- Energetic, proactive and willing to learn
- Comfortable communicating with students
- Good organizational and follow-up skills

Added AdvantageCandidates with skills in: Graphic Designing | Canva | Photoshop | Poster Creation | Reel/Video Editing | Content Creation will receive additional preference.

Job DetailsPosition: Digital Marketing cum Receptionist

Location: Kochi, Kerala

Employment: Full time

Experience: Fresher / 0–2 Years

Salary: ₹6,500 – ₹18,000 per month, based on skills, experience and performance

Joining: Immediate
