About Circled Advisory

Circled Advisory is building Circled Plus, Bangalore's first invite-only private listing platform for luxury homes, along with Circled Intelligence (CI), our proprietary pricing and decision engine designed to help buyers understand what a property is actually worth and make more informed buying decisions.

We advise founders, CXOs, business owners, HNIs, and UHNIs on some of the city's most exclusive residential opportunities. Our approach is built on trust, market intelligence, discretion, and long-term relationships not transactional selling.

We're a small, ambitious team building a new standard for luxury real estate advisory in Bangalore.

Location: Bangalore – HBR Layout

Experience: Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in digital marketing or performance marketing. Experience in real estate or at a digital marketing agency handling real estate clients is a plus.

About the Role

We are looking for someone who can execute, analyse and solve problems not someone who simply completes assigned tasks.

You will work across performance marketing, content, analytics, CRM, automation, website and digital engagement.

The expectation is to constantly look beyond execution:

Why did performance drop? Where are leads leaking? Is tracking working correctly? Can a workflow be improved? What should we change next? We want someone who can identify a problem, investigate it, take action and measure the outcome.

What You’ll Do

- Support and optimise campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, Google and other digital channels.
- Track CPL, CTR, CPC, conversions, lead quality and overall funnel performance.
- Analyse campaign data and turn insights into clear actions, experiments and improvements.
- Use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand traffic, user behaviour, drop-offs and conversion issues.
- Monitor the journey from campaign → website → lead → CRM → engagement and identify potential leakages.
- Work with platforms such as Sell.Do, AiSensy, Brevo,



CallerDesk and Pabbly to improve lead management, communication and marketing workflows.
- Manage WhatsApp marketing, email marketing, social media engagement and customer databases
- Support website blogs, LinkedIn content, SEO, backlink building and landing-page improvements.
- Create and adapt campaign creatives, social posts, newsletters, brochures, floor plans and other branded marketing assets. Support video and reel editing where required.
- Identify broken processes, integrations, tracking issues or inefficient workflows and coordinate with developers or vendors to resolve them
- Continuously look for opportunities to make our digital marketing systems simpler, faster and more effective

Who You Are

- 1–3 years of hands-on digital or performance marketing experience.
- Strong analytical mindset and comfortable working with numbers.
- Able to turn data into actions rather than simply preparing reports.
- Naturally curious when something isn't working and willing to investigate why.
- Comfortable taking ownership without waiting for detailed instructions.
- Working knowledge of Canva, Photoshop or similar creative tools.
- Familiar with performance marketing, analytics, CRM and automation tools.
- Comfortable learning new platforms and solving digital issues independently.
- Organised, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment.
