Role Overview

We are seeking creative and detail-oriented Digital Imaging Specialist/Digital Artists and 3D Artists who can create high-quality stylized assets from briefs and references. The ideal candidate should have strong skills in 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, shading, rendering, and material creation.

Offer details:

• Mode of work: Fully Remote

• Employment Type: Contract

• Commitments Required: Full-time. 40 hours per week with at least 4 hours PST overlap (ideally full time but okay to onboard Part timers if talent can complete upto 10 task per day)

• Start Date: Immediate

• Number of openings: 22

• Pay: US $7/hr

• Years of Experience: 0+ years (Freshers welcome)

Requirements





- Freshers, emerging Digital artists, and experienced professionals are welcome.
- Strong portfolio showcasing stylized 3D work and material exploration.
- Proficiency in Blender, ZBrush, Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, 3ds Max, or Cinema 4D.
- Familiarity with relevant plugins and scripts.
- Understanding of NPR workflows, visual storytelling, and asset optimization.
- Solid communication, attention to detail, and time-management skills.

What You’ll Do

- Create stylized 3D models and digital assets.
- Work with low-poly, voxel, handcrafted, and material-driven styles.
- Recreate textures such as clay, fabric, paper, and textiles.
- Apply strong skills in topology, UV mapping, lighting, shading, and rendering.
- Produce consistent variations and optimize assets for production.
- Document workflows and incorporate feedback.
