Job Overview

We are looking for 2 Senior DevOps / Platform Engineers to join the icare Digital Team. The role will focus on providing out-of-hours production support, improving platform reliability, and driving DevOps self-service capabilities across the digital environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Vercel, Next.js, Node.js, AWS/cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, WAF/security, Sitecore/DXP, integrations, monitoring, and production incident management.

This is a hands-on engineering role with a strong focus on automation, reliability, operational support, and enabling development teams to safely self-service deployments.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide out-of hours production support and troubleshoot Vercel, Next.js, Node.js, Sitecore/DXP, APIs, MuleSoft, and Guidewire integrations.
- Manage and enhance CI/CD pipelines, selfservice deployments, AWS/cloud infrastructure, IaC, networking, DNS, SSL/TLS, and automation.
- Manage WAF and security controls, including Vercel WAF, firewall, DDoS protection, vulnerability remediation, and security response.
- Monitor production environments, respond to Sev1/Sev2 incidents, perform RCA, and support disaster recovery, failover, performance, capacity, and resilience activities.
- Collaborate with engineering, security, infrastructure, and vendors while following ITSM, change management, incident management, security, and governance processes.

Required Skills & Experience

- 7+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, SRE, Cloud Engineering, or a similar role.
- Strong hands-on experience with Vercel, Next.js, and Node.js.




- Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
- Hands-on experience with AWS or other major cloud platforms.
- Good understanding of networking, DNS, SSL/TLS, firewalls, and cloud infrastructure.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation.
- Robust knowledge of WAF, DDoS protection, vulnerability remediation, and cloud security.
- Experience supporting Sitecore / DXP environments.
- Experience troubleshooting APIs and enterprise integrations, preferably MuleSoft and/or Guidewire.
- Strong production support and incident management experience.
- Experience handling Sev1/Sev2 incidents, troubleshooting, service restoration, and RCA.
- Knowledge of high availability, disaster recovery, failover, performance, and resilience.
- Strong scripting and automation capabilities.
- Experience building DevOps self-service platforms and deployment capabilities.
- Familiarity with enterprise ITSM, change management, security, and governance processes.
- Strong communication and troubleshooting skills.

Working Arrangement

- Remote – India
- Must be comfortable working from 4:00 PM Sydney / 12 PM IST Time on weekdays.
- Availability for weekend support when required.
- The role requires flexibility to support critical production incidents and out-of-hours operations.
