Role Overview

Serve as the primary point of contact for patient inquiries, visitors, and guest assistance to ensure an exceptional, smooth, and welcoming hospital experience from arrival to discharge.

Key Responsibilities
Guest Hospitality & Reception: Welcome patients, visitors, and high-profile guests at the main desk or VIP lounges, delivering high-quality hospitality and immediate assistance.
Information & Guidance: Provide transparent orientation and guidance regarding hospital admissions, discharge steps, visiting hours, amenities, and facility navigation.
Feedback & Complaint Resolution: Address patient feedback, service inquiries, and grievances promptly and empathetically, coordinating with hospital departments to resolve issues rapidly.
VIP & International Patient Support: Offer dedicated end-to-end coordination for international and VIP patients, including personal assistance, scheduling, accommodation support, and escorting.
Service Quality Enhancement: Observe guest interaction touchpoints continuously to identify service gaps and implement experience improvements across patient-facing areas.





Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Mass Communication, PR, or a related field.
Experience: 1–5 years of customer service or guest relations experience in healthcare, hospitality, or front-office settings.
Key Skills:
Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and strong interpersonal skills.
Calm demeanor with effective conflict-resolution and problem-solving capabilities.
Professional presentation, high empathy, and multi-lingual proficiency.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
