Assess patient health status and develop individualized care plans
Monitor vital signs and observe changes in patient condition
Administer medications, injections, and IV therapies as prescribed
Provide wound care, catheter care, and other clinical procedures
Assist with daily living activities (bathing, feeding, mobility support)
Manage chronic illnesses (e.g., diabetes, hypertension, stroke recovery)
Educate patients and family members on care routines and medications
Maintain accurate records of patient care and progress
Respond to emergencies and provide first aid or life support

Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (GNM/BSc Nursing)
