Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Working Days: 6 Days Working + 1 Rotational Week Off

Job Role
We are hiring enthusiastic and target-oriented candidates for a Malayalam Domestic Voice Sales Process in Koramangala, Bangalore.
The selected candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, explaining products/services, generating interest, and converting leads into sales.
Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in Malayalam.
Explain products and services clearly to customers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
Generate leads and convert enquiries into sales.
Follow up with prospective customers.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate customer and call details in the CRM.
Handle customer queries professionally and provide appropriate solutions.
Follow company sales processes, scripts and quality guidelines.
Eligibility
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Fluency in Malayalam is mandatory.
Basic English communication skills preferred.
Valuable communication and convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Candidates with telesales, telecalling, BPO or customer-handling experience will have an advantage.
12th pass / Diploma / Graduate candidates can apply.
